Return Policy

At The Bamboo Jungle, we take pride in supplying healthy, high-quality plants and landscaping products. As plants are living products, proper care and watering after purchase are essential for successful establishment.

Please ensure all plants are watered thoroughly after planting and maintained regularly, particularly during warmer weather. Newly planted bamboo and screening plants require consistent watering during the establishment period, which is typically the first 6–8 weeks after planting.

Due to the nature of live plants, we cannot provide warranty coverage for plants that have not been properly maintained, watered, planted correctly, or cared for after collection or delivery.

If there is an issue with your order or if any delivered stock arrives damaged or unacceptable, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assess the matter promptly.

Please note:
• No returns or exchanges are available for installed, planted, or used products  
• Planter boxes and pots cannot be returned once filled or installed  
• Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed  
• Product sizes and plant growth may vary slightly due to seasonal and natural growing conditions
